Personal-use terms

Last updated 13 September 2026

Private, authorized use

Mail Organizer is a private-use application for accounts its operator is authorized to manage. It is not offered as a public subscription service. Each distinct Google account must grant the permissions needed for its requested functions.

Owner control

Processing follows the owner’s instructions and granted Google permissions. Ordinary correspondence, payments, paid-service cancellation, and permanent deletion require separate owner authorization under the application’s operating instructions.

Review important information

Automated classifications, summaries, and extracted dates or amounts may be incomplete or incorrect. Original messages and documents remain the reference for important decisions. Availability depends on Google and the configured application and AI services.

Disconnection and support

Access can be revoked at any time. The privacy notice explains the difference between revoking future access and deleting previously saved records. For support, use the contact shown on the Google authorization screen or the private channel through which access was arranged.
