Information accessed

With an account owner’s consent, the application may access account identifiers, email headers and message bodies, conversations, labels, drafts, and attachments. Actual access is limited by the permissions granted for that account.

How information is used

Information is used to organize and label messages, archive irrelevant mail, prepare summaries and reply drafts, identify follow-ups and dates, manage authorized mailing-list unsubscribes, and collect invoice and receipt records.

Google account data is not sold or used for advertising profiles. This application uses selected content for requested mail tasks, not to develop general-purpose AI models.

AI processing and service providers

Selected content may be transmitted to configured AI service providers for inference needed to perform requested tasks. Processing and retention by these services depend on the applicable service terms and account settings. This notice does not promise zero retention by those providers.

Google processes API requests as the mailbox provider. Authorized unsubscribe requests may communicate with the relevant mailing-list provider. Other outbound communication follows the account owner’s instructions.

Storage and retention

Private operational records may include summaries, action lists, session transcripts, organization logs, invoice indexes, and downloaded attachments. Authorization credentials are maintained separately in the configured credential store.

Records remain until the owner deletes them or applies a retention policy. There is no fixed automatic deletion period. Mailbox content and private operational records are not published on this website.

Disconnecting and deleting records

The owner can revoke access through Google Account permissions. Revocation prevents future requests using the revoked grant; it does not automatically remove previously saved records. Stored authorization and derived records can also be removed from the application environment.

This information website

These pages have no mailbox login, upload form, advertising, or application analytics. The hosting service may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and browser headers, to deliver and secure the site. Visiting these pages does not authorize access to email.
